Day 32

I could have just used the Cartridge picture for my day 32 picture but it doesn't really say much about my day :) When the cartridge arrives that could be a whole other story! Today's photo is of the river flowing. We usually have dry river beds around our area. Considering it hasn't rained much here, this water must be coming from somewhere out bush. We were planning on walking across the river bed to the Telegraph Station but it was too wet. Most of the group meandered down to the edge of the water, to look at the river flowing, before we turned around and walked 3.2kms on a different track back to town. When we crossed the footbridge, twenty minutes later, the river bed in town was still dry and several groups of Indigenous people were sitting in the sand enjoying the morning sun. Apparently the water wasn't flowing as quickly as we thought it was!
